SHEZWAN PANEER IDLI




Here I tried a simple idli with the twist for just to make a change of flavour. I made the idlis with the shezwan paneer. For this recipe, I fully give the credit to my husband. Every time why to have it in its traditional way, he thought why not to be served with a shezwan flavoured paneer and then I tried it for him. It works , tastes too good that you don’t need anything else with it. But you can also serve it with coconut chutney and the sambar .


INGREDIENTS:

2-3 Cups Idli Batter

1 Cup Paneer

1 Tbsp Shezwan Sauce

Oil

Idli Steamer


METHOD:

STEP 1 – Take paneer and cut it in small cubes.

STEP 2 – Now in a pan with oil , add paneer and stir fry and with the shezwan sauce .

STEP 3 – Take the idli steamer and grease it with oil and pour the idli batter in each idli mould . After that put three-four cubes of paneer in each part and steam the idlis as we do it regularly.





                 Serve your paneer shezwan idlis with coconut chutney and samber or tomato sauce.
