We are loving this raw vegan
walnut chocolate ice cream at my house right now..!!!The recipe is exactly what
one wishes for a dessert to be simple enough to be made quickly and lavish
enough to make you feel luxuriously self-indulgent. For this I followed Chef
Sanjeev Kapoor’s recipe which is very easy , simple and quick. Just we need to
add all ingredients in a mixer pot and blend it well and set it. I just toasted the walnuts slightly to
eliminate the bitterness possessed by raw walnuts and to bring out its earthy
flavour and then grounded it coarsely [or
fine powder, depending upon personal preferences. Make this rich and decadent dessert and share

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Fresh Cream
1 Cup Milk Powder
1 Cup Powder Sugar
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoon Coffee Decoction
¼ Cup Walnuts, chopped
METHOD:
STEP 1 – In a mixer jar, add
fresh cream, milk powder, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk and coffee
decoction and blend it together.
STEP 2 – Pour the mixture in a
container, mix some chopped walnuts with it.
STEP 3 – Let the ice cream set
for 1 hour and then remove it from freezer and sprinkle some chopped walnuts
from top.
STEP 4 – Now seal the container
with aluminium foil and keep it in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours or over-night
to set it completely.
STEP 5 – Scoop it,garnish
with some chopped walnuts and serve it
chilled.
