CHICKEN NUGGETS

Chicken Nuggets at home ???....Yes you heard it right. Chicken Nuggets is one of the popular fast food usually made with slurry, can be made at home. They are easy and quick. Every time I bring it from outside but from now I must say that I am not going to bring nuggets from restaurants. But I'll let you know that best chicken nuggets are ones you make yourself. Outsourced Nuggets are so popular among little kids [beyond the salt, fat and chemicals], is of course that they are easier to eat. So I decided to make our own 'Un-Processed' nuggets, and they are completely fresh and delicious.  I wanted to try this recipe from so many days because my daughters love chicken nuggets and now in this cold winter season here  I also wanted something fried food. So hope you will try this dish on a cold day and enjoy with a bowl of soup....enjoy.


INGREDIENTS-

2 Chicken Breasts
140 gm Cornflakes
100 gm All Purpose Flour
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder[see tips]
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

METHOD-

STEP 1 Grease the baking tray and preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
STEP 2 Blitz cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt in a mixer to form crumbs.

STEP 3 Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
STEP 4 Coat the chicken pieces with flour, egg and cornflakes.

STEP 5 - Place the pieces on a baking tray and bake for 18 min on 180 degrees.

                       Serve with schezwan sauce or your favourite dip.

NOTE: *Here in my recipe I used freshly crushed garlic instead of garlic powder.

COCONUT MACAROONS

Eggless macaroon is an easy cookies the can be prepared in very less time and it calls for very simple ingredient. Everybody will love this for sure.Macaroons are basically small circular cake. Coconut Macaroons are crunchy from outside and soft and chewy from the inside.Traditionally, these coconut macaroons are made with whipped egg whites, however this recipe is eggless and far more easy and yet so delicious!! Here I dipped the ready macaroons in chocolate. It is good idea for kid's birthday parties. This recipe is for perfect coconut macaroons that won't fall apart. They are free of refined sugar, but still sweet. As they bake, the coconut toasts and takes on a delightfully nutty flavor. You don't need any special ingredients to make these, either-everything you need is likely already in your pantry. So try this recipe and share your experience...enjoy baking. 
INGREDIENTS-

2 cups Desiccated Coconut
1 cup Condensed Milk
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 cup Semolina
1/4 cup Refined Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Milk as required

METHOD-

STEP 1: Grease the baking tray with oil and keep aside.
STEP 2: Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth mix.


STEP 3: Pipe the mixture in a piping bag
and pipe on the tray.


 STEP 4: Bake this for 12-15 min. in a preheated oven at 170 degree Celsius.
Serve coconut macaroons hot or cold to your dear ones and enjoy.



MARIE BISCUIT CHOCO BALLS





                      Here is very quick, simple and easy to make sweet/snack that anyone whom you serve to would relish thoroughly. A very fancy looking sweet that hardly anytime to put together. This recipe is looking simple yet exotic sweet for any occasion. i would say this chocolate biscuit balls recipe is a healthy one, but this would brighten up the face of any toddle and kid and it is ok to treat them once in a while with such delicacies. I am sure many of you must also knowing this sweet, now for all those who do not know about this here I am sharing today. You may or may not coat the balls with sprinkles of your choice, try to use marie digestive biscuits for my recipe to balance sweetness and coated with desicated coconut and colourful sprinkles. You can use powdered biscuits, cocoa for coating or leave them plain too. 


INGREDIENTS-

14-15 Marie biscuits
1½ tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut powder (optional)
Few drops vanilla essence
6-7 tablespoon condensed milk 
For Garnishing:
1 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut
Colourful Sprinkles


METHOD:

STEP 1 -  Make powder of the biscuits in a mixer.

 Sieve and use the fine biscuit powder.

STEP 2 - Add the biscuit powder, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut powder (optional), few drops of vanilla essence and condensed milk
and combine well to form smooth dough.

STEP 3 - Grease your fingers and palm with melted butter or ghee and roll into small balls
and keep aside.

 STEP 4 - Repeat this and make the balls with the rest of the dough.
STEP 5 - Roll the balls in sprinkles or desiccated coconut and serve.

Serve this ready choco balls to your dear ones and make them happy.

NOTE: *You can eat them plain too, or place a glazed cherry in the centre and form a ball of the chocolate dough.














POTATO PANCAKES



Ingredients:
3 boiled potatoes
2/3 cup grated cheese
3 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon chopped green onion
Salt to taste

Method:
STEP 1: Mix all the ingredients together and make soft dough.




STEP 2: Make small balls of the dough and press each ball into a way to make thin patties.



STEP 3: Shallow fry these patties and remove the oil using a tissue paper.

OREO ICE CREAM BITES





INGREDIENTS-


2 cup Ice Cream (You can take ice cream as per the size of your ice cream pot)


6-7 Oreo biscuits (To make it more colorful you can use flavored Oreos)


Candies, Sprinkles, Jellies etc.







METHOD-




STEP 1: Cover the ice cream mold with butter paper.


STEP 2: Break the Oreo biscuits into pieces by hands.


STEP 3: Take ice cream in a bowl and then add crushed oreos.




STEP 4: Add the sprinkles to it and mix well.



STEP 5: Put it in the mould, cover with butter paper or cling wrap and freeze it overnight.





STEP 6: Cut the ice cream into squares.
