CHOCO-CHIP COOKIE DOUGH STUFFED OREOS



I absolutely love creating and experimenting in my kitchen!!!!Love to create simple, easy and delicious food.  A heavenly combination of chocolate chip cookie dough and oreo biscuits. Recently I tried whole wheat choco-chip cookies and whole wheat nankhatai. Both recipes created by me and both so insanely good. Cookie dough is so good so I figured if I combined it with Oreos it could only get more amazing!! The recipe is so easy to make even your kids also make this easily and so addicting !!! Just top it with thick layer of chocolate and sprinkle on some colourful sprinkles or crushed oreos. I love  keeping things simple but delicious. So here is my step by step recipe for this delicious chocolate chip cookie dough stuffed oreos….Happy Cooking!!   

INGREDIENTS:
8-10 Oreo Cookies
2 tablespoon Butter
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
2 tablespoon Choco-chips
Melted Chocolate
Sprinkles for garnishing


METHOD:
STEP 1 – First separate the oreo cookies and keep then aside.

STEP 2 – Take a bowl and put butter, brown sugar, salt and vanilla extract in it and mix well with a hand whisker.

STEP 3 – Then add all purpose flour and choco-chips in it and mix.

STEP 4 – Make a dough with the mixture by using hands.

STEP 5 - Now divide the dough according to the number of biscuits and keep aside.
STEP 6 – Take one oreo cookie and put the dough mix over it
and cover with the another cookie part.

STEP 7 – Just press a little and keep it aside. Repeat the same with rest of the cookies.

STEP 8 – Now melt white or dark chocolate by double boiler method.
STEP 9 – Dip the stuffed cookies in melted chocolate and keep on a plate.

STEP 10 – Likewise dip all the cookies in chocolate.
After finishing it garnish with some sprinkles and freeze it for ½ an hour.
Cookie dough stuffed oreos are ready to serve.

Serve them to your kids when there is a craving for something chocolaty or gift then to near and dear ones.   

MILK AND COOKIE FRAPPUCCINO



Milk and cookies made even better? Yes, it is totally possible Frappuccino @ blended beverage is proof. The secret ? Lots and lots of chocolaty flavor. From the cookies to the whipped cream to the sweet Frappuccino at chip morsels mingled throughout, this is a joyous chocolaty celebration. So give a try and you won’t be disappointed ! There are many variations of the Oreo Frappuccino, but this one appears to be the most popular as it’s also simplest !  So next time try it some day and surprise your kids and feel them special….Happy Cooking…!!!

INGREDIENTS: 
2 cups Ice 
1 cup Milk 
1 tbsp Sugar 
2 tbsp Chocó chips 
3-4 Cookies

METHOD:
STEP 1 - Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Pour it in the glasses.
STEP 2 -Top it with whipped cream, crushed cookies and choco chips.

FREAKSHAKE



We call all agree that milkshakes are the ultimate drink. Like, they basically as a dessert, because they are absolute after lunch/ dinner goals. Freakshakes are milkshakes, but bigger, bolder and tatier.  Whether you’re a crazy chocoholic or a cookie dough devotee, indulge your sweet tooth and learn how to master the monster milkshakes. This recipe is actually shown in master chef master class and followed that only. In this recipe, I have shown step by step preparation method of how to make a rich chocolate freakshake using chocolate ganache topped with a delicious brownie. It is perfect combo if your are a fan of mixing sweet and salty flavours. You can add as much or as little whatever ingredients you like, and you can always mix it up and put your own spin on it. Freakshakes are the perfect creative cooking outlet. So let’s get started with the step by step recipe.  



INGREDIENTS-

3 cups Milk

3/4 cup Sugar

4-5 strands of Kesar

2 tbsp Custard Powder

Vanilla Ice-cream

Dark Chocolate

Whipped Cream

Cupcake

Sprinkles

Chopped Dry Fruits



PROCEDURE-

STEP 1 - Melt dark chocolate and pour it on the outer edge of the glass/mug to decorate it. Put some sprinkles or dry fruits and keep it in the refrigerator to chill.


STEP 2 - Take milk and sugar and bring it to boil. Then add kesar and custard powder and mix well. Now reduce it to half and keep in fridge to chill.


STEP 3 - Now put scoops of vanilla ice-cream at the bottom in the glass/mug.


STEP 4 - Then pour the custard over it.

STEP 5 - Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, dry fruits and cupcake and serve chilled.



Serve it chilled and enjoy.

WHEAT FLOUR NANAKHATAI



Nankhatai is my favourite cookie. In my opinion every person of my generation had nice childhood memories and bonding with this wheat flour nanakhatai. So sharing this for you all. I tried first with all purpose flour which is also there in my blog and tastes yumm. But as I want it more healthy tried this time with whole wheat flour and I am happy to share that they came out so good and the cookie just melt in mouth. This will be really a perfect snack for your kid’s snack box, it’s healthier than the store bought cookies and handmade with lots of love. So for this festive season, this is  perfect for getting just bake it in batches, pack neatly in cute gift boxes and gift for your dear friends for this Christmas and surprise them or you may gift them on any occasion or without any festive season you can make them as a tea time snack…….Hope you like the recipe. INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tablespoon Besan / Gram Flour
¼ teaspoon Baking Soda / Baking Powder
A pinch of salt [see tips]
70 gms Cold Salted Butter [approx. ½ cup]
½ Cup Powdered Sugar
4-5 Green Cardamoms, powdered
1/8 teaspoon Grated Nutmeg
A pinch of Saffron Strands
1-2 tablespoon Milk
1-2 teaspoon butter for greasing tray


METHOD:
STEP 1 – Pre-heat the oven at 350 degree F or 180 degree C. for at least 10 minutes.
STEP 2 – Line a baking tray with baking sheet and grease it lightly with butter or ghee. Keep it aside.

STEP 3 – Take whole wheat flour, baking soda and cardamom powder in a bowl.

STEP 4 – Mix well by using whisk or spoon.
STEP 5 – In another bowl take butter and powdered sugar
and whisk it till light.

STEP 6 – Then fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a spatula. Add nutmeg powder in it and mix well.

STEP 7 – Add milk and start making dough using your hands.
If needed you can add more milk. Make a soft and smooth dough.

STEP 8 – Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
STEP 9 – Now uncover the dough and divide it in equal portion. [see tips]

STEP 10 – Roll them and flatten lightly with your palm.Garnish them with chopped nuts. [see tips]

STEP 11 – Put them on the baking tray and bake them for 20-22 minutes on 350 degrees F. [see tips]
STEP 12 – Cool them in the oven for 5 minutes in a tray itself.

STEP 13 – Remove from oven and cool them on cooling rack and let the cool down completely and cookies ready to serve.


Serve them to your family and friends with a hot cup of tea along with few other savory snacks or gift them to your friends on festivals.
