WATERMELON BLOSSOM

This is cool, refreshing beverage whips up in less than a minute. Watermelon juice is one of the best thirst quencher and can be an instant remedy to sunstroke or heat during summer. The watermelon on its own provided enough sweetness for my taste, but if you prefer, add a spoonful of sugar.

INGREDIENTS:
 3 Cups Watermelon Juice
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
6 tablespoon Strawberry Crush
1 Cup Soda/ Sprite
Ice Cubes Crushed
Sugar [if needed]
Salt a pinchful
Strawberry Slice / Lemon Wedge/mint leaves for garnishing

METHOD:
STEP 1 – Combine the watermelon juice and strawberry crush and blend in a mixer for few seconds.

STEP 2 – Add the lemon juice, sugar and salt and mix well.

STEP 3 – Add the ice cubes and blend till ice cubes crushed.

STEP 4 – Now pour this juice in tall glasses

and then add sprite to each glass. [it will form up quite a bit-careful not to overflow]

Serve chilled garnished with strawberry slice or lemon wedge and mint leaves. [As I don’t have strawberry slice I used lemon wedge.]
