INGREDIENTS:
1/3 Cup fresh Ginger
Root
1 teaspoon Turmeric
Powder /Fresh Turmeric Root
1 Lemon
2 Oranges
1 teaspoon Honey
Pinch of Black Pepper
METHOD:
STEP 1 – Roughly peel oranges and lemon. Cut into chunks,
not to worry if the white pith is there. It is healthy, so keep some. I have
freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice, so I used that only.
STEP 3 – Now in a blender jar, add all ingredients and add
little water.
STEP 4 – Pulse until blended well.
STEP 5 – Now strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth.
