MYSORE MASALA DOSA

Mysore Masala Dosa is undeniably the most popular South Indian delicacy. It is perfect fusion of spiced potato and crispy outer coating which makes it a healthy and delicious breakfast or brunch recipe. One of the most popular south indian breakfast served in tiffin centers and restaurants. Dosa is a thin crispy crepe made using fermented rice and lentil batter. Here I used my leftover dosa batter for this recipe. You can use it or make a fresh batch of batter. Mysore Masala Dosa is crisp and soft dosa spiced with red chutney and served with a potato sbazi, along with coconut chutney. Jini Dosa is also on my to do list.
