2 Cups Fresh Pineapple Cubes

Large Banana
Honey
[as per required]

Cup water or Ice Cubes

Green Cardamom [optional]

Piece of Ginger [optional]

tablespoon Sabja Seeds [optional][refer notes]
METHOD:
STEP 1 – Cut off the skin of the pineapple,
remove the core from the centre and chop to sizes that your blender can handle.
STEP
2 – Add rest of the ingredients to the jar and blend them well.
STEP
3 – Serve immediately to prevent or reduce oxidization of the fruits.
NOTE:
Pineapples are not suitable for those having kidney problems.
Sabja seeds need to be soaked well
for about 2 or more hours, they can be blended along with the fruits or can be
stirred in while serving.
