An
amazing pull apart bread stuffed with 2 types of cheese and garlic butter. This
bread is perfect. I mean it seriously. Can you imagine pulling of bread that
has ooey gooey cheese and a garlic butter flavour. Crusty bread stuffed with
shredded Mozzarella and processed cheese and brushed with garlic butter which
makes it even more delicious with each bite. So Today, I wanted to share with
you an easy to make cheesy garlic pull apart bread. It takes very little effort
to make with very few ingredients from your pantry and it is a great appetizer
or snack to share with your friends and family. The perfect side dish for
dinner or snacking. Here I used a store brought bread for my making but if you
want you can make your own bread at home too. This is the perfect for your next
party. I promise you are going to love it and like me it is sure hit at your
place.
INGREDIENTS:
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1/3
Cup chopped Parsley or Coriander
1
Small Loaf Bread
3
tablespoon Butter
Salt
to taste
½
teaspoon Oregano
½
teaspoon Chilli Flakes
¾
Cup grated Mozzarella Cheese or Cheese Slice
METHOD:
STEP
1 - Combine crushed garlic, chopped coriander, chilli flakes and oregano with
some salt and keep aside. Butter should be on room temperature.
STEP
2 - Position a rack in the centre of the oven and pre-heat the 375 degree F /
180 degree C.
STEP
3 - Using a serrated knife, make 1 inch diagonal cuts across the loaf of bread
making sure you don’t cut the bread all the way through.

7 - Use a second piece of foil to cover the top. [see notes]
STEP
9 - Now remove the upper piece of foil and allow the bread to bake for another
10 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
Remove from oven and serve.

NOTES:
If using cheese slice then cut them into small squares and then fix them into
the cuts of the bread.
We will be removing the top foil sheet after
10 minutes.
