DOMINO’S STYLE STUFFED GARLIC BREAD

Domino’s Style Stuffed Garlic Bread recipe with step by step pictures. Sharing an absolutely delicious and easy stuffed garlic bread recipe. This is a pizzeria style stuffed garlic bread recipe. My daughter is forcing me from last so many days and even I have been wanting to try to make this at home. It came out super delicious and my family was so proud of me. Even I love this stuffed garlic bread but these days we have more or less stopped eating pizza outside. So as I was thinking what new I should try at home and suddenly remembered this garlic bread and very happy to see the results. As this bread turned out softer and so delicious I was over the moon!!! It looks like a big calzones with garlic and cheese seasoning on the top. So just take a look at the recipe written below and make this tasty and delicious stuffed garlic bread at home and surprise your family. From that day my family wants to eat only homemade stuffed garlic bread and not from Domino’s one.I must say it’s a complete sinful combo.
INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour + some more for dusting
½ tablespoon Dry Active Yeast
1/8 Cup Luke Warm Water
1/8 cup Luke Warm Milk
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 Egg [optional]
3 tablespoon Milk + 1 tablespoon Oil for glazing
1 tablespoon Olive Oil for Coating

Other Ingredients:
2 tablespoon Butter, melted at room temperature
1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander
1 tablespoon Garlic Paste
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Chilli Flakes
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder [optional]
½ teaspoon Basil [optional]
 ¼ Cup grated, Mozzarella Cheese or any other cheese

METHOD:
STEP 1 - In a small bowl add salt, yeast and sugar and mix it nicely.
STEP 2 - Then add luke warm water in it and stir it well and let it sit for 15 minutes. The yeast will become frothy.
STEP 3 - After 15 minutes add egg and milk in it and mix well.
STEP 4 - Gradually add flour in small batches and stir it with the fork.
STEP 5 - Then combine the flour with the beater attachment of an electric beater.
STEP 6 - When it get combined, we need to knead the dough well, so dust some flour on the kitchen platform and knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 7 - We get a soft and smooth dough. Brush it with 1 tablespoon olive oil and let it rest for ½ hr-5 hr in warm place. Cover it with a cling wrap or damp kitchen towel.
STEP 8 - After a given time, dough should be doubled. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
How to proceed for making garlic bread:
STEP 1 - In a small bowl mix butter, garlic paste, chopped coriander
and mix well.
STEP 2 - Now take one part of dough and spread it on a butter paper in a disc of 7”-8”.
STEP 3 - Spread prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
Then top it with grated cheese on one half of the dough.
STEP 4 - Season with chilli flakes, oregano and basil.
Fold it as shown in the picture and seal it well by pressing the edges.
STEP 5 - Now brush with some garlic butter on the top and sprinkle some chilli flakes, oregano, basil and garlic powder.
STEP 6 - Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree C for 10 minutes.
STEP 7 - Make the marks over the bread surface with a sharp knife without cutting then fully.

STEP 8 - Shift the bread to a baking tray and bake for 15-17 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C or until cheese melts and gives a nice golden colour.
STEP 9 - Remove the bread from oven and cut in to pieces and serve.
