Mumbai is a foodie destination and has so much to offer. Veg sandwich or bombay sandwich of Mumbai is a favourite breakfast and evening snack recipe. This is not only famous in Mumbai streets but you will see many sandwich stalls all over India.  This sandwich recipe is made out of wonderful, fresh green chutney, creamy butter and lovely crunchy vegetables. A wonderful complete recipe that you can serve for breakfast or even for a quick tea time snack. A mixture of mint coriander chutney, potato, sandwich/ chaat masala and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe yummy. It is very easy, simple and delicious sandwich recipe. And here is the secrete to achieve the taste is to sprinkle the sandwich or chaat masala on each and every veggie layer.
