GREEN CHUTNEY CHEESE SANDWICH

A simple sandwich prepared to beat in between hunger panks also a good snack for evenings when children and people from job come home tired and hungry. Delicious easy sandwich made using green chutney, veggies and cheese. Instead of spreading the chutney on bread, I have mixed the couple of tablespoon of chutney into the veggie mixture. This sandwich is very refreshing and taste good. The addition of cheese makes it more delicious, cheesy and creamy. Perfect to put in your kids lunch box. Hot sandwiches are a real favourite when it’s pouring heavily or when it is cold outside. These sandwiches can be enjoyed at tea parties or whenever friends drop in to give surprise visit or are stocked up in the fridge.
