HOMEMADE CONDENSED MILK



Homemade condensed milk ….yes you heard it right. All these days I was thinking that condensed milk was made by thickening milk for hours together to rich the thick creamy consistency but this recipe proved to be one of the easiest and quickest way to make condensed milk at home just within an hour and your homemade condensed milk is ready to use. To make condensed milk at home we just need three ingredients. Hope it works and if so then don’t forget to give me a feedback by leaving a comment in the comment box below.



INGREDIENTS:

1 Litre Full Fat Milk

1 Cup Sugar

½ Teaspoon Baking Soda


METHOD:

STEP 1 – Let boil the milk in a pan on medium flame.


STEP 2 – Add sugar as the milk starts boiling, mix it well and boil again till it becomes semi- thick stirring continuously.

STEP 3 – Now add baking soda and boil it again.

STEP  4 – Cook till desired consistency .

STEP 5 – Switch off the heat and let it cool. After cooling store it in air tight bottle.

                       Your condensed milk is ready to use in desserts and sweets.




          NOTE: You can store the condensed milk for 20-25 days in refrigerator.
