PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups made with very few ingredients! This recipe is very easy, simple and quick. If you want to surprise your kids then nothing is better than to make Peanut Butter Cups at home with this recipe. If you've never made homemade peanut butter cups before, you are in for a real treat!!!! Not only are they 1,000,000 times tastier than the store brought ones, they are also a blast to make a super friggin easy. As soon as I saw that you can make these easy peanut butter cups I had to make them. My younger daughter loves to cook and help me in the kitchen. She used to watch food channels with me. We had much fun making these for gifting my nephews and niece. My daughter was so happy as she gifted homemade peanut butter cups to her cousins made by her. Earlier I shared the recipe of 'Homemade Peanut Butter' at home and used the same for this recipe. To create the chocolate coating you need a double boiler. The combination of milk and dark chocolate is absolutely perfect. I'd stick with the amount mentioned in the recipe.I had all of the ingredients on hand and the best part is that we put them together in just 20 minutes and believe me the result was even better than expectations!!! They taste much better and they are fun to make....!!!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
2 Ounce Unsalted Butter [50 gm]
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Powder Sugar [white]

For Chocolate Coating:
16 Ounce Melted Chocolate [around 450 gm]
METHOD:
STEP 1 – Line mini muffin pan with mini paper muffin liners.
STEP 2 – Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
STEP 3 – Add brown sugar
and stir it to combine.
STEP 4 – Add peanut butter and sugar and mix thoroughly,
cook until mixture starts to gently bubble.
STEP 5 – Then add powdered sugar and mix well.

STEP 6 - Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool for some time.

STEP 7 - Now take a small portion from the mixture and roll it into a ball. Lightly give a pressure and flatten it. Repeat the same and make all the balls ready.[here I forget to click the picture]
STEP 8 – Now, add 1 teaspoon melted chocolate in the muffin liner at a bottom of each liner.
STEP 9 – Keep one peanut butter ball in the centre.
STEP 10 – Follow it by heaping teaspoon of melted chocolate and spraed evenly.
Repeat and make all the cups ready.

Gently tap the muffins on the counter to even out the tops.
STEP 11 – Now keep them in refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes to set completely.
STEP 12 – After 10 minutes remove from the refrigerator and demould the peanut butter cups. Garnish with some white chocolate and serve.
Peanut butter cups are ready to serve.

NOTE: You can pack them and gift them to your friends and relatives on their special occasions.
