COFFEE CHOCOLATE ICECREAM


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Corn Flour
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon Coffee Powder
1/4 cup Choco Chips
For Plating:
Powdered Oreo Biscuits
chocolate Syrup / Amul Cream



METHOD:
STEP 1 - Take some milk and add cornflour to it and mix well without any lumps.
STEP 2 - Add sugar to rest of the milk.
Add cornflour mix to it with coffee and cocoa powder and mix well.
STEP 3 - Now whip the cream till hard peaks, mix the milk mixture to it and  mix well.
STEP 4 - Now put the mixture in an air-tight container and keep in deep freezer.
Freeze it for 2 hours and then remove from freeze and blend in a blender.
STEP 5 - Then add choco chips in it and again freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.

FOR PLATING:
STEP 1 - Crush some oreo cookies in mixer.
STEP 2 - Take serving glass. Add chocolate syrup or amul cream in it. Then add oreo crush then a scoop of ice cream.
STEP 3 - Again repeat the same to fill the other glasses.
STEP 4 - Then add choco waffer sticks and serve chilled.
