NO BAKE MARIE BISCUIT TOWER CAKE

I always used to make cakes in oven, in microwave, in pressure cooker so far, but this is my first recipe for no bake biscuit cake. Actually my daughter saw this recipe on TV channel and insisted me to try this. I must tell you that this is just amazing, very easy to make and tastes delightful. It looks like cake but taste is even more betters than a cake. Let’s show some creativity in kitchen, with all common ingredients available in your pantry. It is too easy and even your kids can try their hands on. Here you don’t need an oven or pressure cooker for making this cake, so it is safe for your kids. This tower cake was very simple to make and requires no baking which is why it’s also called a fridge cake.   This cake is easy to make but needs a lot of patience. Here I used Marie Digestive Biscuits, but you can use any other digestive biscuits of your choice for this tower cake. So do try this easy to make instant Biscuit Tower Cake with your loved ones and specially with your kids and enjoy it. Do not forget to share your experiences and suggestions below in comment box.  

INGREDIENTS:
10-12 Marie Biscuits [cookies]
½ Cup Hot Water
1 teaspoon Coffee Powder
250 ml Chilled Whipping Cream [1 cup]
For Chocolate Frosting-
125 ml Heavy Cream [ ½ cup] [ Amul ]
125 gms Dark Chocolate, chopped
Chopped Nuts for garnishing

 METHOD:
STEP 1 – Take hot water in a small bowl and add coffee powder in it and mix well. Keep this aside.

STEP 2 – Beat whipping cream till stiff peaks.
STEP 3 – Pour the coffee mixture in a wide plate.
Now take a cookie, deep cookie in it for 1-2 seconds only
and place it on a plate with aluminium foil on it.
STEP 4 – Spread whipping cream over it on one side with a spoon evenly.
STEP 5 – Now take another cookie and follow the same procedure and place it  on the first cookie and spread cream on it. Stack cookies vertically.
STEP 6 – Repeat this and make a tower using all the cookies.
STEP 7 – Freeze it in freezer for 5-6 hours.
STEP 8 – Remove from freezer and apply cream on it on all sides
and cover it well with cream.
STEP 9 – Again freeze it for next 5-6 hours or more.
 Prepare chocolate frosting:
STEP 1 – Heat a sauce pan, add cream in it and cook it on medium heat.
STEP 2 – Bring it to boil, remove from heat.
STEP 3 – Add it to chopped chocolate. 
Allow it to rest for few minutes.

STEP 4 – Then stir it well till all chocolate get melted and mixed with the cream.
STEP 5 – Cool it at room temperature.
How to proceed:
STEP 1 – Then after 5-6 hours, when the cake is firm enough to handle, remove it  from freezer and keep it on the wire rack  in horizontal or vertical position..
STEP 2 – Pour chocolate frosting over it. Be careful and cover the cake completely with chocolate frosting. 
STEP 3 – Sprinkle chopped nuts over it and freeze again for 3-4 hours or until you serve.
STEP 4 –  Your yummy and delicious Marie Biscuit Tower Cake is ready.
Cut the cake into slices by cutting with knife at 30 degrees and serve.
NOTES: Do not leave the biscuit in coffee water for longer or else the biscuit would become very soggy and get dissolved.
