CHOCO BITE ICE-CREAM

Chocolate ice-cream is the second most common flavour of ice-cream after vanilla. Chocolate was the first flavours made before vanilla. This ice-cream is usually made by blending cocoa powder, cream, eggs, sugar. But this is a different recipe to enjoy the chocolate flavour. This is a creamy ice-cream which has chocolate pieces that melt in mouth giving us rich flavour.

INGREDIENTS:

1cup Dark Chocolate [Roughly chopped]

1cup Fresh cream

1cup Milk

1cup Milk powder

METHOD:

STEP1 - Combine fresh cream, milk, milk powder and ½ cup of roughly chopped chocolate in a blender and blend it well.

STEP2 - Pour the mixture into a silicon mould / ice-cream mould.

STEP3 - Add rest of chocolate on the top.

STEP4 - Cover the container and freeze it for 7-8 hours.

Your smooth choco bite ice-cream is ready. Scoop it and serve it with a little chocolate syrup on the top.
