GRILLED POMFRET

Try something new when dining outdoors with different grilled fish dishes. I started grilling before few days. While searching different recipes on internet I found this recipe which I am going to share with you all. The grilled pomfret fish with cilantro (coriander) has a touch of different spices used while marinating. It's so easy and only requires s handful of ingredients.


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Kg Pomfret fish
2 tbsp Ginger -garlic paste
1 tbsp Lemon juice

Salt
Red chilly powder
Coriander powder
Turmeric
Oil 



METHOD:

STEP 1 - Wash the fish pieces , apply a little turmeric powder and lemon juice on the pieces . Keep it in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes .



STEP 2 - For Marination :
 Mix a little chilly powder ,turmeric ,salt ,coriander powder and ginger -garlic paste . Apply the mix on fish . Keep it again for 1-2 hour in refrigerator . 


STEP 3 - After 1-2 hours , take out the pieces ,put a grill pan on the gas ,add oil to it and shallow fry /grill the fish .

            



     Serve hot with chapati / bhakri ......
