WET GARLIC CHUTNEY



Garlic chutney is very famous in Maharashtra which is very well goes with dabeli, vadapav, etc. This chutney  is very simple hot chutney made with garlic and red chillies. This is comely used for the spread on dabeli buns. It can be made dry or wet . Here today I am sharing a wet chutney version. It’s really garlicy and spicy.



INGREDIENTS:

½ Cup Garlic Cloves

5-6 Red Chillies

Salt

½ Tsp Lemon Juice

1 Tsp Cumin Seeds

Water


METHOD:

STEP 1 – Mix all the ingredients and grind it in a mixer pot.

STEP 2 – Add water as per your liking consistency.

STEP 3 – Remove in the bowl and use it as per your choice.



NOTE: You can use this chutney as the spread while making dabeli / franky rolls.

           This can be stored for a couple of days when refrigerated.
