_________________I am Mrs. Kalpana Mhaske, a Home-Maker, from the city of 52-Gates, one of the famous heritage- destination of the world- Ajanta - Ellora Caves, Bibi-Ka- Maqbara (The Taj of Deccan) and Deogiri Fort. i.e. AURANGABAD. I admire cooking - tryout and innovate different cuisines. Basically, both of my gorgeous daughters are foodie, they have always encouraged me in the kitchen and forced to carve a Food Blog, that’s why, I am happy to share the makings with you. ITALIAN CREMOSA


A cremosa is a soda with cream added. It smooths the flavor to creamy goodness. If you use more syrup, in the proportions of half syrup, half soda, the drink is called a cremosa. 



INGREDIENTS-


½ Cup Strawberry syrup

700 ml Vanilla icecream

¼ cup Soda/ Sprite

Sprinkles


METHOD-


STEP 1 – Take a deep bowl, and soften it to semisolid state with a help of a spoon.

STEP 2 – Take two glasses, put strawberry syrup at the bottom.

STEP 3 – Put icecream on the syrup in each glass.

STEP 4 – Then add soda / sprite over it.

STEP 5 – Now, scoop a dollop of icecream on the top. Or you can pipe out whipping cream over it.

STEP 6 -  Garnish with colourful sprinkles.

 Your Italian Cremosa is ready to serve.
